Probably Stolen Hits 1 Million Shopkeepers, Developer Shares Six-Month Roadmap

Probably Stolen – Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim has hit a milestone: 1 million people have opened a shop on the station. The developer posted the news on Steam on 6 November 2026, alongside a roadmap for what comes next now that the game has moved past its 1.0 launch last week.
The team says the player count is a big deal for a small studio, and credits reviews, bug reports and feedback for shaping what gets worked on next. They’re asking players to keep sending that feedback in, through Discord or Steam, especially suggestions for new things to add.
What the Roadmap Covers
The roadmap stretches across the next six months, but November itself isn’t part of it. The developer explained that this month is dedicated to fixing bugs and smoothing out quality-of-life issues as they work through feedback from the recent launch.
Once that groundwork is done, bigger content updates are planned for January and April 2027. The developer was clear that what’s shown on the roadmap for those two months is only a partial list, not everything that will ship. Smaller patches and updates will keep landing in between, similar to the stream of fixes already pushed out since release.
Beyond April 2027, the studio says it plans to keep supporting the game, with more details on the second half of 2027 to be shared later. Every update on the roadmap, large or small, will be free.
What This Means for Players
If you’ve been running into bugs or rough edges since 1.0 launched, November is the month those get addressed rather than new features showing up. Don’t expect major content drops until January, and even then the roadmap is described as a preview rather than the complete picture of what’s in that update.
Since this is a single-player shopkeeper sim without a modding scene mentioned in the announcement, there’s no mod compatibility angle to track here. Players don’t need to worry about backing up mod folders or waiting on tool updates before patches land. The main thing to keep an eye on is your save data as usual whenever a studio pushes quality-of-life changes, just as a general precaution before any patch.
For anyone who wants a say in what gets built next, the developer is pointing people toward Discord and the Steam page to drop feedback and feature requests. That channel appears to be the main way priorities get set for the months ahead.
