PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS PGS 12 Grand Finals Hit Day 2, Deciding PGC 2026 Spots

PGS 12, the Circuit Final of the 2026 PUBG Global Series, is now in its Grand Finals stretch. The Grand Finals run from October 30 to November 1, and today, October 31, is Day 2 of that final stage.
This is the last event of a season that opened with PGS 1 and worked through Circuit 4, which also included PGS 10 (October 14 to 18) and PGS 11 (October 22 to 25). Once PGS 12 wraps up on November 1, the season-long PGS Points race across all twelve events is closed for good.
Why PGS 12 Matters
PGS 12 is not just another tournament. It sets the final PGS Points standings for the year, and those standings decide the eight teams moving on to PUBG Global Championship 2026. As the Circuit Final, the top eight teams in the Circuit 4 points race skipped straight to the Grand Finals, while the other sixteen teams had to fight through a Survival Stage on October 29 for the remaining slots.
Points matter here more than in a normal stop. PGS 10 and PGS 11 each paid out 60 points to the winner, with points running down through 16th place. PGS 12 doubles all of that, handing 120 points to first place and 96 to second. A team could theoretically pick up as much as 240 points across the three Circuit 4 events, which is why nothing is settled until PGS 12 actually ends.
Where Things Stood Before Circuit 4
After Circuit 3, Virtus.pro led the standings with 261 points, ahead of Made in Thailand on 224 and 17Gaming on 223. T1 sat fourth with 208. The eighth and final PGC qualification spot belonged to Petrichor Road with 152 points, with Falcons just two points clear in seventh at 154 and Gen.G Esports only seven points back in ninth with 145.
Those numbers were the picture heading into Circuit 4, before PGS 10, PGS 11, and now PGS 12 added their points on top. Finishing position in the final standings also decides where a team starts at PGC 2026: first place goes straight into the PGC Grand Finals, second place starts at Survival Stage Day 1, and third through eighth all begin in the Qualifying Stage.
What This Means for Players Watching
PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS runs on anti-cheat protections that keep its competitive scene locked down, so this is not a story about patches or community mods needing updates. Nothing here touches your game client, your save files, or anything you have installed.
What it does affect is which teams you will see representing the scene at PGC 2026 and from how far back they will have to fight their way through the bracket. If you are following the standings, today and tomorrow are the two days left where the season-long points race gets settled for good.
Based on the developer's announcement on Steam, 30 October 2026.
