New and rising: the BeamNG.drive cars published in the last two weeks that people are downloading most
Two weeks is not long for a mod. Most files need time to be found, linked from a forum or a video, and to settle into a steady trickle of downloads. A few start fast. These are the files first published on ModsDrop between 10 and 24 October 2026 that were downloaded most in the seven days to 24 October. All of them are BeamNG.drive cars. The pictures are the covers from the files’ own pages.
The two fastest starters, the Ferrari 296 conversion and the Toyota Hilux with 41 configurations (70 downloads each this week), already appeared in our weekly top twelve. Here are the next twelve.

What the list says
- Configurations sell. Seven of the twelve offer 24 or more configurations, and the Mark II’s 58 is the most in the list. A car that is ten cars in one gets downloaded by people who want any of the ten.
- Size does not decide. The 33 MB Mercedes and the 44 MB Mazda keep pace with files ten times their size. Small files finish on every connection, and finished downloads are what count.
- Japanese saloons of the early 1990s are back. The Laurel and the Mark II arrived on the same day and are climbing together; both are drift and drag favourites in the real world as well.
- 0.40 is not holding anyone back. Several of these files say outright that they were built for 0.40, and vehicle mods in general came through the update unharmed, as our 0.40 overview explains.
How this list is made
We count downloads per file from the site’s own records for the seven days to 24 October, limited to files first published in the previous fortnight. Only downloads that went through the file page and passed the site’s checks are counted. Every file was scanned on VirusTotal before it went public, and the result is on each page. Creators named in the files’ descriptions are credited above. Next week’s list will show which of these keep climbing.
